Leg Extension

Royal Supreme leg extension machine is a piece of gym equipment designed to isolate and strengthen the quadriceps muscles (the muscles on the front of the thigh). It is typically used in a seated position, where the user extends their knees against a padded lever connected to a weight stack or resistance system. The movement involves straightening the legs, which targets the quadriceps while minimizing involvement of other muscle groups.
